WHAT WE COVER

HSP has true depth and breadth of expertise in the Hotels and Resorts sector, supporting you through the entire property lifecycle, from feasibility analysis, site/asset evaluation, hotel acquisition, design, development/renovation, pre-opening, operation, re-financing, and disposal. In terms of scale, we have advised on everything from rustic micro-hotels to large- scale integrated resorts.

An area of hospitality where growth accelerated during the pandemic, serviced apartments can be available for both short and long-term stays, and can offer of varying levels of guest service, ranging from weekly cleaning only to daily housekeeping and concierge services.

Historically the domain of luxury hoteliers, branded or serviced residences offer buyers the convenience of property management and letting services. Units can be located on floors within hotels or mixed-use buildings, or they can even be well-appointed detached homes in communities with shared facilities.

Demand for student housing and hostels continues to grow globally. Being able to work remotely has enabled the growth of the “digital nomad” market and this has fuelled the development of hostel and hybrid hotel/hostel concepts in both city and resort destinations. At HSP we help our clients unlock this sector and make the most of this dynamic asset class.

Private members’ clubs provide business, social, or leisure/sporting facilities and typically charge members a fee for access or use. We have worked with a multitude of clubs on a variety of assignments involving concept development, the establishment of membership categories, writing membership rules and regulations, repositioning, and F&B revitalisation.

Short-break holiday destinations usually offering self-catered accommodation within natural environments, leisure parks are an important type of hospitality product. HSP has been involved in assessing demand for leisure park concepts in the UK and Europe.
