Professional Biography:

Gabrielle provides business planning and investment analysis for development, acquisition and disposal of hotels and large leisure resorts – including shared ownership schemes (fractional, timeshare, unitisation schemes, rental pools etc.) She assists investors with operator negotiation and on-going hotel asset management. Based in Spain, Gabrielle has worked on projects across the world including Canada, the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and Asia.

Passions:

Gabrielle is a foodie and chef committed to creating awareness about consuming local seasonal food for our health and supporting the farming community. She believes in food sovereignty and runs a local food programme for an NGO in Ibiza. Gabrielle is also a qualified Ayurveda consultant and is passionate about empowering others to heal themselves. Her favourite pastime is belly dancing.
