David Atkinson is a marketing, sales and distribution expert who works with organisations helping them deliver superior results. He provides in depth sales, marketing and development expertise combined with extensive operational experience for both internationally branded and independent hotels, and broader travel and tourism companies in the EMEAI regions.
As well as guiding hotel owning companies investment with feasibility studies and best use studies, he selects operators to secure optimum management contract terms and assists with design and procurement. Given his strong hotel operations background, he also provides hotel operators with on-going OwnCo representation.
In addition to these projects David was involved in development and opening of over 30 hotels across wide and diverse regions that include Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, UK,
David has worked extensively on projects across the world including Europe, Middle East, Africa and India and is based between London and Dubai. Previously David held senior corporate sales and marketing positions with Habtoor Hospitality, InterContinental Hotels Group and Millennium Copthorne.
