Lisa develops ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy, sets targets, and implements programmes and partnerships to engage customers, colleagues and the community. She measures impact and prepares ESG Reports, and creates engaging brand and ESG related communications. Her clients are supported to manage risk and enhance brand reputation – delivering financial returns, improving employee engagement and enhancing investor appeal. Lisa is a collaborative and innovative leader in corporate responsibility and marketing having worked for international brands within the hospitality industry including InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG), Bourne Leisure Limited and Tui.
Lisa studied a Bachelors Degree in Economic & Social History followed by a Masters in Tourism. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability and is certified by the NonExecutive Directors Association and Carbon Literacy Project.
Because Lisa believes that profit and purpose are not mutually exclusive she uses her skills to support others to have a greater positive impact. She was a founding member of Marketing Kind – an organisation that brings together business leaders, marketers and change-leaders to support good causes. She is an advocate for the neurodiverse community and also sits on the Board of Autism at Kingwood
