I. FAMILIARISATION & PLANNING
Our team will conduct an initial in-depth analysis of your requirements (either online or in person). They will collect and analyse information and liaise with you and your sales, marketing, and revenue management team in order to:

II. IMPLEMENTATION
Sales & Marketing Activities
- Direct sales to agencies, airlines, top wholesale accounts and select corporate accounts
- Develop relationships with the tourism board offices based in the region so as to be involved in and benefit from destination driven promotions
- Cultivate business opportunities and relationships with VIP and High Net Worth clients
- Assist with setting and allocating sales & marketing budgets
- Gather market intelligence and feedback
- Execute and ensure pre-agreed KPIs/KRA are met
- Undertake targeted sales calls and follow up communications
- Develop digital marketing campaigns
- Organise Fam Trips, working with key airline partners on destination visits
- Implement strategic sales and marketing promotions with high-end events in key market segments as appropriate within an agreed budget
- Disseminate any special packages the Client may wish to promote
- Support the property-level sales teams on requests related to MICE, rooms etc. ensuring timely follow up
- Distribute communication and updates to dedicated contacts in the database
- Suggest tactical promotions during low season
- Provide feedback and training (where required) for the Client’s reservation team, consultants and travel partners
- Provide regular reports
Sales Trips and Trade Shows
- Representation at key Industry Events, Tradeshows and Roadshows
- All sales trips done by the Client’s individual business units to be supported and organised by our team
III. ONGOING PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES
To be discussed on an individual basis, but could include web marketing, social media management, sponsorship programmes, bespoke events, media outreach and press announcements.
