With 52 countries and 2 of the most visited cities in the world (Paris and London), Europe leads in many areas of hospitality with new concepts, new business models and a focus on ESG. With a population of 734 million (only 9.3% of the world’s population), Europe punches above its weight and accounts for 25% of the global economy.
The Middle East and Africa are markets with a thriving and rapidly growing hospitality scene, driven by Mega projects like Neom in Saudi Arabia and dynamic Dubai. In addition, the growth in exotic and adventure travel continues unabated, and South Africa, Kenya and other African countries have much to offer.
