Terms and Conditions for Booking an Online Consultation with HSP via Calendly

1. Introduction

Welcome to our online consultation service. By booking a consultation with our hotel consultant through Calendly, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process: Appointments must be scheduled through Calendly. The availability of time slots is subject to the consultant’s schedule.

2.2 Payment: A one-hour consultation costs £250.00. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit card through Stripe.
2.3 Confirmation: Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

3.1 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via the Calendly link provided in your confirmation email.

3.2 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days following cancellation.

3.3 No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Consultation Process

4.1 Service Description: The consultation will be conducted online via the link to the MS Teams platform specified in your confirmation email.

4.2 Duration: The duration of the consultation will be one hour. Any extension beyond the scheduled time may incur additional charges.

4.3 Consultant’s Responsibilities: The consultant will provide professional advice and recommendations based on the information provided by the client. The consultant will not be able to divulge confidential information about HSP’s other clients or specific companies. If hotel industry revenue or profitability benchmarking information is required, HSP may need to purchase specific data from proprietary sources. The cost of data purchase will be discussed during the call and will be billed to you prior to purchase.

4.4 Client’s Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate and relevant information to the consultant to facilitate effective advice.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the consultation. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, and personal data.

5.2 Disclosure: Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third parties without the explicit consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law.

6. Liability

6.1 Advice and Recommendations: The consultant provides advice based on professional expertise and the information provided by the client. If insufficient information is provided, the consultant cannot be held liable for the advice provided and is not liable for the outcomes resulting from the implementation of the advice.

6.2 Limitations: The consultant’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation service. The consultant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Technical Issues

7.1 Responsibility: The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection for the online consultation.

7.2 Rescheduling Due to Technical Issues: If technical issues arise that prevent the consultation from proceeding as scheduled, the client must notify the consultant immediately. The consultant will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

8. Amendments

8.1 Changes to Terms: The consultant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

8.2 Acceptance of Amendments: Continued use of the booking service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
