Robert Fadel is an experienced hotelier with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry across several continents. He is recognized for his exceptional leadership skills, raising service standards, and fostering exceptional teams. Robert is passionate about human resources and has lectured at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, London Campus. He has managed luxury hotels and directed operations for 145 hotels worldwide, including prestigious roles with Sheraton, Radisson, Le Méridien, and the CCA Group. Robert specialises in hotel pre-openings, leadership training, organisational development, and strategic planning.

Robert is an experienced and results-driven operator who has overseen the opening of several five-star hotels as General Manager. Having served as Vice President of Operations & Human Resources for Le Méridien Middle East & West Asia, he has effectively managed others. Robert has a successful track record in membership sales and marketing, having worked as VP & Area Director for the Middle East & West Asia with HMC, the global leader in offering premium paid membership loyalty programs. He is quality-driven and committed to achieving exceptional results.

Qualifications and Experience

Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, United Kingdom. He speaks Arabic and French, and is fluent in English and Swedish.


Robert is passionate about achieving a balanced life, striking a healthy mix between business and pleasure. He indulges in favourite “food safaris,” exploring the local cuisines and wines of Italy and France. Family holds utmost priority for him, and he enjoys many joyous and relaxing days at his cottage in the South of Sweden each year.
