A Fellow of both the Institute of Hospitality and HOSPA, Duncan excels in driving innovation and excellence in the hospitality industry. His roles as a multi-site operator, mentor, and quality specialist have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the sector.  Applying his expertise to hotel tech, Duncan developed software solutions to enhance guest experiences through real-time information access and intelligent system integration. He has led teams in auditing and developing operational excellence for brands like Marriott, Premier Inn, and Costa Coffee. Duncan’s strategic initiatives have consistently elevated brand standards and guest journey experiences.  Recognised for providing multi-faceted solutions, Duncan has significantly contributed to transformative growth in the hospitality industry, earning accolades such as being shortlisted for HFTP’s E20x award. 

Qualifications and Experience

Duncan holds a degree in Hotel Management and currently completing a master’s degree in Finance having already achieved a PGDip.

Passions

Duncan has a passion for wine, having created and operated his own wine import business at 25. He is also an avid motorsports enthusiast, classic car fanatic, guitar player, and skier.
