Rosie’s extensive experience allows her to consult on a wide range of organisation development areas, including HRD strategic planning, employer brand engagement initiatives, selection and induction processes, talent management, performance management, learning and development standards and curriculum, employee development at all organisation levels, internal service culture development, detailed customer experience assessments, process auditing, service standards and standard operating procedures development.

More recent assignments have included a global project for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Hong Kong where she designed a creative approach to communicate changes in their service culture to 12,000 existing employees. She is currently working with them to support the development of pre-opening manuals covering all operating departments, to aid their rapid expansion plans. Over the last few years, she has undertaken assignments with iconic luxury retail brands such as Vertu, De Beers, Mulberry and Harrods, private hospitals and a private members club, in London, assessing the hospitality side of their customer experience, developing service standards and supporting service related training programmes.

Rosie’s career spans operational, human resources and people development roles at unit, regional and corporate levels for large international and small independent hotel companies in the UK, West Indies and Middle East Africa. Most notable of these was working for the Inter-Continental Hotels Group for 11 years. Based in Oman in a regional learning and development role for five years, she was acknowledged for developing local nationals. Over a period of seven years, based in Cairo, she established and directed the learning and development function in the Middle East Africa region, covering 80 multiple brand hotels in 18 countries. She built and led a strong multi-national team of more than 40 trainers and was acknowledged for her work with high potential people through the design and delivery of a range of assessment and development centre processes at different organisational levels.

As a consultant for 14 years, Rosie has successfully completed assignments with international clients. These have included Inter-Continental Hotels EMEA, Mandarin Oriental Hotels globally, Kerzner International USA, and in the Middle East, Rotana Hotels, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Abu Dhabi National Hotels, and DAMAC Suites & Spa. She works well both leading and participating in teams. She is highly customer focused, and in working with clients, she uses her strengths in communication, creativity and influence, and her talent for planning and organising major projects, to realise successful outcomes.
