Over the past 25 years, Rodolphe has established an extensive global professional network in international property.
Rodolphe began his career at The French Tourist Bureau in Australia and New Zealand, before co-founding a branded chain of motels in Australia as a joint venture with leading Australian and international institutions, a brand that was later taken over by Accor Hospitality.
Rodolphe remained with Accor in Australia where he restructured the Development Economy Hotels division, including overseeing the pre-opening and launch of the first Formule 1 hotels in Japan.
Following a move to Tasmania as Regional Manager for Leisure Inn Australia where he oversaw four hotels, he developed and implemented a full management turnaround strategy including increasing revenue management, a full review of quality and control, health and safety and marketing strategies.
Rodolphe provided strategic development services to StayWell Hospitality at their Head Office in Sydney, overseeing the acquisition of 6 further properties in the region boosting their global presence by a third.
Rodolphe has a degree in Economics and a Masters in Business and Finance from the University of Paris IX Dauphine. He is a bilingual French/English speaker and is based between France and the UK.
