Gaby Gambina, Hotel Solutions Partnership’s representative in Ibiza, was delighted to have played a key role in Amorevore – Ibiza’s first ever  international food festival.

This exciting event attracted some prominent speakers, thought leaders and chefs including Graham Hancock, Valentine Warner, Anna Greenland (Soho Farmhouse), Craig & Greg Sams (Green & Blacks chocolate), Justin Alexander Horne (Tiny Leaf & Sativa restaurants), Jasmine Hemsley, and loads more.

Through Gaby’s passion for sustainable organic food production she was able to connect local chefs, farmers, beekeepers, producers, local government, organisations and activists to the festival through talks, a producers market, and the provision of fresh local organic produce for the lunchtime feasts, workshops and to the street food vendors .

Not only a foodie guru, Gaby provides high-level business planning and investment analysis for development / acquisition / disposal of hotels and large leisure resorts, including shared ownership schemes (fractional, timeshare, unitisation schemes, rental pools etc.) She assists investors with operator negotiation and on-going hotel asset management. Having worked on projects across the world including Canada, the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and Asia, she is now based in Ibiza.
