Felix Guggenheim provides unique and streamlined solutions to the hospitality industry across all stages of project development. He has consistently provided excellent management advisory, design and technical services to premiere hotels and foodservice facilities throughout Asia and the Middle East. His deep understanding of project planning and a pragmatic approach to problem solving have been refined from over thirty years of active participation in the field.
In 1993 he started his own consultancy with hotel brands such as Marriott, Four Seasons, Shangri-La and Sheraton as clients. Felix approaches projects with realistic and clearly defined goals from the birth of each project, keeps the ball rolling with the end in mind and delivers results within schedule and budgetary targets. He recently planned and designed the F&B facilities as well as the laundry of a Park Inn by Carlson Hospitality in the south of the Philippines. He also carried out the design & engineering of the F&B facilities of an exclusive island resort and devised the master plan of an integrated tourism facility in Borneo. Completing a HoReCa market segmentation report for a German industry leader venturing into Indonesia was another recent assignment.
Having lived in South East Asia for 30 years, Felix has a good understanding of its local culture and business practices. The ability to adjust to local culture while upholding international standards is an essential ingredient in his success.
