An accomplished and practiced business professional with extensive experience in the UK, Irish, EU and US hospitality markets, Dorothy Cusack has held senior, strategic Marketing and Sales positions with the international Jury’s Doyle Hotel Group (UK, Ireland & USA) as well as with the fast-expanding Jury’s Inns Group (UK, Ireland and CEE), where she worked in the domain of Acquisitions and Portfolio Development with responsibility for individual market development strategy and commercial diligence – UK and CEE.
Her consulting expertise is wide-ranging: brand management, business development, business turnaround, customer relationship management, marketing management, development strategy, commercial feasibility studies and business case formulation, investment appraisals, legal affairs, market entry and exit, pricing, product definition and launch, revenue management, sales and marketing management, strategic planning and website development.
In recent years, she has consulted in both the Irish and UK markets – to the hospitality sector as well to a number of SMEs across a range of other sectors. She has undertaken hotel/individual business unit performance audits complemented by remedial marketing, sales and distribution strategies on behalf of independent and chain hotels as well as examiners/administrators in Loyalty/CRM programme development

In addition, Dorothy holds accredited professional qualifications in Web Design, Digital Marketing and key areas in Business Management including, strategy and innovation, finance and communications.
